Background

I was born and raised as a commercial salmon fisherman. Working with my father, I crewed and captained fishing vessels in Puget Sound and Alaska for over 25 years. During that time, I also attended the University of Washington and worked as foreman at Gardner Boat Repair in Ballard. My work at Gardner Boat Repair included structural and architectural steelwork, systems installations, and custom marine carpentry.

My architectural steelwork and carpentry experience led me to develop my own general contracting and home remodel business.

I have lived in Seattle all my life.  I am married to Katie, and am grateful to have two wonderful children.
